Deposit and Final Payment
To reserve a SITA tour, a deposit of $500 per person is required to make your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the departure date.

Cancellation and refund policies vary, with penalties increasing as the departure date approaches. Cancellations must be received in writing. When a cancellation is received, SITA Tours will assess the following penalties:

|60 days or more||$250 per person|
|45 to 59 days||25% of entire tour price|
|30 to 44 days||50% of entire tour price|
|0 to 29 days||100% of entire tour price|
Please note: when full payment is received prior to 60 days from departure, and cancellation occurs, the fee incurred will be 25% of the entire tour price.
No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by you after the vacation start date. All appropriate refunds will be made through SITA Tours. The cancellation terms above apply only to the land package price and exclude, among other things, cancellation charges from air carriers.
Although SITA Tours expects these prices to remain in effect throughout the season, they reserve the right to increase prices without notice. Prices will be confirmed or advised at the time you book.
