Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit of 25% of the travel cost or $250 per person (whichever is greater; $150 is non-refundable) is needed to hold a Keytours reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Reservations made within 60 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Keytours accepts all major credit cards. Credit cards will be accepted only for payments of $500 or more.
If final payment is not received 60 days prior to departure, the land portion of the booking is cancelled automatically. Certain programs require a full payment of the airfare cost at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:

Cancellations must be made in writing to Keytours. A fee of $150 per person will be charged for all cancellations. If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of departure, the above additional charges will also be assessed.
